Southeast Colorado Economic Development District (SCEDD)
Helps businesses based in its 13 member counties build and expand with loans in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Southeast Colorado Enterprise Development (SECED)
Provides incentives and promotes economic growth in Baca, Bent, Crowley, Kiowa and Prowers Counties.
Colorado Rural Development Council
Provides companies based in rural areas of the state with training, business counseling and other resources.
Southeast Colorado Regional Heritage Taskforce
Promotes Southeast Colorado’s historical and cultural assets, and provides the region’s tourism-related businesses with technical, marketing and training support.
Colorado Workforce Centers
Offer free training programs, help companies recruit qualified candidates for openings, and provide tax credit and training reimbursement opportunities.

Otero Junior College
