The cooperative effort of SEBREA‘s partners has been recognized as a model for programs nationwide.

Southeast Colorado Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
Provides small business with free workshops, seminars and one-on-one counseling services in the areas of business research, marketing, feasibility analysis, business plan preparation, financing and more.
Southeast Colorado Economic Development District (SCEDD)
Helps businesses based in its 13 member counties build and expand with loans in partnership with the U.S. Small Business Administration.
Southeast Colorado Regional Heritage Taskforce
Promotes Southeast Colorado’s historical and cultural assets, and provides the region’s tourism-related businesses with technical, marketing and training support.

Offer free training programs, help companies recruit qualified candidates for openings, and provide tax credit and training reimbursement opportunities.

Tri-County Housing & Community Development Corporation (TCHCDC)
Provides financing and services to low-income homeowners and home buyers in rural Southeast Colorado, including assistance with down payments, closing costs, renovation projects and more.
Southeast Colorado Power Association
Makes funds available to area businesses through its revolving loan fund, as well as acts as the region’s largest electricity supplier.
Southeast Colorado RC & D
Provides technical and financial assistance to help agricultural producers and others care for the land.
USDA Rural Development
Provides loans and grants to businesses based in rural communities, in addition to funding for housing, community development, business, renewable energy, water and waste management programs.
